1. Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platinum Metals Review Website
Platinum Metals Review is the scientific journal on platinum group metals and is owned by Johnson Matthey PLC.
By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions and you may only access this Website in accordance with these Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Conditions please discontinue your use of this Website. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from your use of the Website and your sole recourse is to discontinue its use.
We reserve the right to change these Conditions from time to time, without notice to you and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with the Conditions. All words and expressions defined in the Conditions shall have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, without notice to you and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use our reasonable endeavours to safeguard the privacy of all users of this Website. The information we gather from you is used exclusively by us to ensure that we give you the best possible service.
